- Centenary Bank, RwandAir and Sanlam support Second Edition of Innovation Series
• RwandAir offers two return air tickets to Mombasa for lucky participants at the event
Brainchild Burson–Marsteller, Uganda’s most awarded Public Relations agency announced new strategic partners committed to promoting innovation through the Innovation Series, a thought leadership event aimed at inspiring innovation in business.
The new partners include; Sanlam General Insurance Uganda, the third largest insurance company, RwandAir, East Africa’s fastest growing airline, and Centenary Bank, the leading micro finance commercial bank. The corporations committed their full support to guarantee the success of the second edition of Innovation Series which focused on innovative and cost-effective approaches in the real estate sector that happened on April 26th, 2018, at the Pearl of Africa Hotel. The event was held, under the theme: Making Real Estate Ownership a Reality; Practical Innovations for Uganda.
Commenting on their partnership, Mr. Donato Laboke, General Manager – Marketing and Brand, Sanlam General Insurance said, the company is pleased to collaborate with brainchild Burson-Marsteller for the next event because of its significance in promoting innovation in the country.

As Sanlam Uganda we are therefore happy to be part of Innovation Series to support the innovation drive that the agency is championing to improve service and product delivery in Uganda. Centenary Bank’s Chief Manager, Corporate Affairs and Communication, Mrs Allen Ayebare, noted that the Bank’s partnership with brainchild Burson–Marsteller towards this initiative offers the bank an opportunity to inform real estate customers about a wide range of financial products offered at the bank including the recently launched CenteMobile Loans platform through which individuals can access up to Ugx 2 million to facilitate their home construction or finishings, the Cente Home Loan and Mortgages which are all tailored to suit the needs of anyone with construction or renovation needs.
In his remarks, Mr. Ivan Mugisha, the RwandAir Country Manager, in Uganda said that the partnership between the airline and brainchild Burson-Marsteller enhances RwandAir’s position as an innovative airline in the region and a company that supports innovation in the economy. “It’s in line with the opening new routes and markets to the Ugandan Populace. Mugisha added that, “After learning and experiencing new ways of building your dream house at the event, it is only deserving that you are rewarded with a trip.” He added, it’s for this reason that “RwandAir has decided to offer two return air tickets to Mombasa to lucky winners at the event as contribution towards the well-deserved holiday.”
